2018 OK Coders Bootcamp application - Tulsa
This is the application for the OK Coders 2018 beginner track in
. The track includes 5 bootcamp modules that, together, provide an intro to full-stack web development. The modules are intended to be progressive, allowing a beginner to start with the most basic tools and end with a fully functioning, interactive web application. Those with some previous coding experience may pick and choose which modules they'd like to take. Those with no prior experience in web development should start with module 1. All modules are 4 weeks long with classes taking place on Saturdays from 9am-1pm.
Module 1: Web Apps - Learning the Basics (recommended for beginners)
-January 20 - February 10
-HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
Module 2: Making Web Apps Interactive
-March 3 - March 24
-Prerequisites: Module 1 or similar experience
Module 3: Making Web Apps Dynamic
-April 14 - May 5
-Angular 2, Node.js
-Prerequisites: Modules 1-2 or similar experience
Module 4: Incorporating Mobile Apps & the Backend
-May 26 - June 16
-Prerequisites: Modules 1-3 or similar experience
Module 5: Capstone Project (offered at no cost for those who have completed at least 1 other module)
-July 7 - July 28
-Build a dynamic application utilizing all the tools covered in the previous 4 modules. Participants will have guidance from OK Coders instructors and mentors over the course of the project.

The modules of the OK Coders 2018 beginner track have a cost of $200 for each individual 4-week module. HOWEVER, anyone taking more than one module will receive each module for a discounted price of $150.
Once accepted, participants will be able to pre-pay online for their module(s) or bring a check to the first day of class.
The capstone module is offered at no cost to participants who have completed at least one other module.
